Alcohol Goes on a Health Kick
A couple of cocktails that our own Joe McCanta created for New York’s Counter Restaurant were featured in The New York Times this week. The article talks about the fact that in an era when some naughty favorites are getting a healthy makeover, alcohol is also taking a turn for the better. Mixologists from coast to coast are adding purer ingredients and using more innovative liquors in their cocktails.
