How Toxic Are You?
I came across this nifty tool to test your toxicity this week on the Organic Consumers Association website. The test is from Randall Fitzgerald’s book The Hundred Year Lie which talks about how the toxins in our environment affect us.
I personally try to avoid toxins, although it’s not always easy living in the city. I thought I would be somewhere in the middle of the scale, but I scored a whopping 21! Yikes!
How toxic are you? Add your score to the comments below. If you get a score of below 20, let us know what you do to avoid toxins!
